Zuvopa is an educational gaming platform in development. Beyond Earth is its first playable concept preview. You can play in 2D or 3D without giving us your email. Mission progress stays in this page’s memory and resets when you reload. Audio starts muted. This preview uses scripted clues and does not send conversations to an AI service.
Ages 13+ and signup choices
Zuvopa and Beyond Earth are designed for students aged 13 and up. Registration is optional. For this international preview, our signup policy lets eligible visitors aged 16+ join directly where they can consent. Visitors aged 13–15 are asked to have a parent or guardian join on their own behalf using the parent’s own email, without submitting the student’s email or other details. Visitors under 13 cannot submit an email through their signup option.
The signup route and eligibility confirmation are self-declarations, not verified identity or parental-consent checks. If local rules require parental consent, use the parent signup option. We collect the parent’s own contact details, not a child’s personal information. Introducing student accounts or collecting younger teens’ details would require a separate appropriate consent process. Records known to be ineligible under this policy must be removed. No birth date, child’s name, or school details are requested. Eligibility and email-update consent are unchecked by default and required by the server.
What a signup records
We store your email, the server’s signup date in UTC, the last selected game mode (2D or 3D, or “Not played” if you did not enter the preview), whether you completed the preview during this visit, the signup source, and the consent wording, version, signup route, and eligibility confirmation you accepted. Mode and completion are simple self-reported preview flags, not school results or evidence of mastery.
Private storage and registration confirmation
The website’s server sends the record to a private Google Sheet controlled by the Zuvopa operator. Google processes this information as the storage provider. The spreadsheet is not published or shared with visitors. Google service-account credentials remain on the server. The browser does not receive the key or direct access to the spreadsheet.
We confirm registration only after Google acknowledges the write and the record can be verified, or when the email already exists in the sheet. If storage is not configured or a request fails, the form explains that registration could not be confirmed. A failed confirmation may follow a saved request; retrying checks for existing records.
Security and minimal measurement
A short-lived, bounded server counter uses connection information to limit attempts. Honeypot and timing checks help reduce automated submissions. IP addresses are not added to the waitlist sheet. Hosting and Google providers may process connection information for security under their own policies. This signup sets no tracking or registration-receipt cookie.
The preview emits interaction events within the page. No central analytics recipient is connected, and email addresses are never included in those events. The waitlist’s game-mode and completion fields help us understand interest without a browsing history or persistent visitor identifier.
Consent and your choices
Joining is optional. Consent covers Zuvopa development updates and early-access invitations; it is not a purchase or a guarantee of access. We do not sell waitlist records. You can withdraw consent using the unsubscribe method in any update, or reply to a Zuvopa update to request access, correction, or deletion. This preview collects the list; it does not send updates automatically.
Waitlist records should be kept only for the stated development and invitation purposes, reviewed regularly, and deleted when no longer needed or when consent is withdrawn. Before outreach, the operator must configure a working sender, unsubscribe process, and contact details.
